Meeting Education: 

Under the direction of the Vice President, the committee shall; develop an annual educational program; make arrangements with speakers; secure meeting location, including food and beverage; coordinate with the Media Director regarding promotion of and invitations to meetings; maintain a monthly meeting reservation list; and introduce and thank speakers.

Membership:  

Under the direction of the Membership Director, the committee shall; support the ongoing efforts to retain and recruit members to the chapter. Welcome members and guests at each meeting.

Sponsorship:  

Under the direction of the Media Director, the committee shall; support the ongoing efforts to retain and recruit chapter sponsors. The committee shall also review and update sponsorship packets yearly.

Community Outreach:

Under the direction of the Treasurer, the committee shall; coordinate efforts for the chapter to give back to the community.

Special Projects Task Force:  

Chapter improvement is an ongoing effort, over time projects will need to be executed as part of the overall efforts of the chapter. Special task forces will be formed and dissolved as tasks come up.

• Digitizing Chapter Records: Under the direction of the Secretary, this task force shall execute the digitizing of the chapters records. This task force is currently executing the project and volunteers are no longer required. Expected project completion date: December 2009.
