o Increasing education offerings in Jacksonville as it relates to Records Management

o Establish scholarship program for qualified members pursuing certification

Increase Chapter exposure through local media as a subject matter expert

o Website as a resource for individuals; personal records

o Educational meeting for the community tied to personal shredding

Complete Community Service Projects

Assist the Southeast Chapters of ARMA International with planning, development and growth in 2009-2010.
